Hsin-Hsin Yuan determines why information submitted through this portfolio is used. Privacy requests can be sent through the same portfolio Contact form.

If you use the Contact form, it collects the Name, email address, project type, optional link, and message that you choose to provide.

The hosting provider may also process technical request information, such as an IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, and request logs, to deliver and secure the site.

Information is used only to respond to your inquiry, assess or discuss possible work, keep necessary professional correspondence, and protect the form from abuse.

It is not sold, rented, or used for advertising or mailing-list marketing.

The site is hosted by Vercel, and Contact-form messages are delivered through Resend to a private inbox. These providers may process information outside Taiwan under their own policies.

Correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a possible or ongoing professional relationship, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet applicable legal obligations.

When it is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or review personal information connected to your inquiry, obtain a copy, supplement or correct it, stop its collection, processing, or use, or delete it. Submit the request through the Contact form and include enough detail to identify the correspondence.

The optional link is optional. If the required fields are not provided, the form cannot send the inquiry; you may still browse the portfolio.

The form uses HTTPS, restricted provider credentials, and basic abuse controls. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

This portfolio does not include first-party advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may still process technical request data needed to operate and secure the site.

This notice may be updated when the portfolio's data practices or service providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
